The Ajman Lands Department initiates the classification of real estate broker

Engineer Omar bin Umair Al Muhairi, the Director-General of Ajman's Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, has announced the commencement of the second phase of the fourth edition of the Real Estate Classification Project. This project, part of the department's strategy to enhance a culture of excellence in the real estate sector, focuses on evaluating and classifying real estate brokers. Criteria include adherence to regulations, the number of transactions, academic qualifications, training programs, and recognition received from government and private entities. The department aims to adopt best practices to boost the real estate market's performance, elevate the real estate mediation profession, empower and qualify brokers, and enhance their skills. They also aim to promote awareness of real estate trading laws, and procedures, and support brokers as strategic partners for the department's future goals.
